It's so strange, getting used to silence again. I used to to hear and feel Darkspawn all the time.

Now they're gone. I certainly don't miss them, but the quiet is oddly unsettling too.

I really expected to be immune from weird after the last seven years.

	You must be another Warden. Sometimes, I wonder if there are any of us left in Thedas... You get used to the silence, in time. We don't tend to have nightmares here either - helps that there isn't an Archdemon lurking beneath the ground. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	I wonder if he ever got over the Warden-Commander vanishing. Probably tried to take up the post himself, knowing him. The only times I've had nightmares since arriving here was just before the recent monster invasion. The rest of the time, everything's been perfectly normal... almost like the taint loses all its power over us here. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I know what you mean. I keep thinking I've lost a sense, even if it wasn't one I particularly wanted to have. Sort of a constant feeling of What am I missing? ...oh, right, that. I'm not sure you're a Warden anymore, Bethany Hawke; not sure I am either. But regardless, always good to meet a comrade. And you're Hawke's sister? I've only met her a few times, usually because I was over at the house making doe-eyes at Varric's cook until she agreed to feed me.

Yep, that's me. Funny how you can get famous just for following someone around the country while they hit things, isn't it?

	Actually, I know your name because Stroud said you ate your way through an entire storeroom of cheese after your Joining. And as for still being a Warden; I felt the Darkspawn as strongly here as I did in Thedas. The Calling may no longer be a threat, but I am still a Warden. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

That was an unusual event, though; it's the only time I've felt Darkspawn since I arrived, and I've been here for months. We may only be Wardens for one week out of the year now.
