All right, that's...not something I'd considered yet.

Premature question. Can we--as in, Grey Wardens--have children, on this side of the vortex? I'd assumed the taint was still part of me, making that impossible. Is it actually just gone? Along with the "Congrats, you only have twenty or so more years to live" thing?

Because if so, that's...incredible.

But if not, she deserves to know. Sooner rather than later.

	Judging by the people who've come from the future, I think we're safe from the Calling as long as we're here. Probably helps that darkspawn don't seem to be part of this place. As for the issue of children, I don't think the taint denies us the ability to have children. It just makes things a little more difficult. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	People from the future? What? And that's...not what I heard from anyone back home. All the other Wardens told me otherwise. There was even a list: bad news, you've got a death sentence, can't sire children, will have horrific nightmares, but on the good side you can eat like an entire family on Feastday from now on and get away with it. 	You've probably seem them around. They're from about twenty years in the future, and they seem aware of us, at least a little. Fairly sure. Ask Morrigan about my son sometime, if you're feeling brave enough. If not, I believe Anders has a son that's entirely his--or will have a son, vortex makes it hard to figure out what tense to use. I, ah, probably haven't, actually. I've been a little...distracted.

I'd rather talk to Anders, and he should be able to read this as well. Asking Morrigan for information requires at least an hour of her insulting me, with no guarantee that she'll tell me anything afterwards. Besides, all my fireproof armor was left in Thedas.

But, you have a son? So it's at least possible? And twenty years in the future, hmm...might be worth asking them if the taint is affecting us by then. Though perhaps it won't. There aren't any Archdemons to call us, here, and nowhere for them to call us to, presumably.

Well, I have a son. I have a daughter, but she's not... anyway, I have a kid, so apparently we can have children. I haven't asked any of them, but from what they say I appear to still be in great shape in their time. So as far as I've seen it appears the taint is gone. But I had an angel do this whole...

Okay, long story short, I had a spirit of Justice along for the ride and an angel here sent him back to the fade. So I don't know if that may have done something to change me. I could maybe get an angel to check you out, make sure there's no taint? I don't know how all of it works.

None of us do, really. I guess we get to make it up as we go. I'll hold on to that thought for later. There shouldn't really be a hurry on either score, after all. Thanks for the information.

I don't think we'd met properly, by the way, though I've heard of you on both sides of the vortex. And your spirit of Justice as well, actually. Glad to know he's no longer around. I'm Alistair. Not king.

I guess. Again, I don't know if the taint just goes away when we get here or if someone did something for me in the future, but I'll look into it.

Oh, not a king. Okay. Yeah, I met you, but I suppose it wasn't you, but a different you. Anyway, good to officially meet you, and yes, I'm glad to know Justice isn't around either. He really put a damper on everyone's moods.

Anything you can find out, I'd appreciate knowing. Like I said, it's not exactly a hurried thing, just...I don't know, I've never been in a relationship before, I don't want to mess it up by keeping important things back. Unless I have to, but I can't see that those Warden oaths of secrecy we took still apply.

Yeah, everyone says that. I'm a little sorry I didn't meet the other-me, I'm curious about what we would've thought about each other. Anyway, good to meet, ah, you-you, as opposed to...you-plus-demon-thing.
