	The way Spira might work is that the amount of souls that are taken from the world so often may simply be reincarnated more often than they are here. They're not exactly the sort of thing you can find as easily as a seed of grass or grain of sand. She likely had many chances to gain that kind of wisdom and still be so young. 	Gabriel, yes. He's incredibly nice. Possibly too nice, but he never fell, so we can't hold it against him. And the one who hasn't responded yet is Uzza. He's another.
