There's severe penalties for abduction of FBI agents. Normally I'd be upset, but who would kidnap me and my son, much less put us in a really nice apartment?

In London?

Hotch? Bear with me, I know you'll think I'm trying to pull a prank on you but you know I'm not this good at it, and that if I wanted to make a website to show you, [this] would not be it.

I am really glad to see you. Garcia's here too, but um. That's really it.

A little warning next time, please? I haven't had coffee yet.

Okay. So ... we're in an alternate reality. Garcia's here too. I checked my pockets for credentials (and I really hope I'm dreaming). I replaced someone in a similar position to what I was doing at the BAU.

We're not dreaming, are we.

Frankly, I don't want to wake up. I'm taking lunch right now, but I can see if they'll let me take an extra hour to help you get adjusted a little? This isn't a dream, Hotch. It's really unbelievable, I know, but if you consider the multiverse theory, it makes complete sense. The multiverse theory roughly states that at any given time, there are an infinite number of ways an individual particle can go, and for every direction, there's a reality that the particle went that direction instead. Expanding on that, for every decision we make, we influence a theoretical offshoot of an infinite number of realities, and by infinite, I mean, um. Infinite. More than the mind can imagine. This reality just happens to be pretty... detached from the natural order of reality. It's like stepping into a sci-fi convention where all the "cosplayers" are actually what and who they say they are.

Yeah. The extra hour would be nice. Thanks, Reid. I have no idea where I am, I'm not familiar with London geography. This is my [address].

I've been studying the roadmaps for the past couple months and it's actually pretty logical from a sprawling perspective. I'll be there in about fifteen, maybe twenty minutes, depending on traffic.

You'll have to meet my girlfriend.

I thought the subway system would be most efficient.

Your - you're right, I will have to.

Welcome to the madness, sir. My name's Bela Winchester, my husband and I and our children are natives. In a manner of speaking. If you require any help beyond the website and your friend, please don't hesitate to ask.

Aaron Hotchner. I should be all right, but I'll just have to figure out how to navigate a new city. And find a nanny.

I'm afraid I can't help with the nanny, but the geography eventually becomes intuitive. I have a one year-old, but I stay home with him myself.

Staying home with Jack isn't really an option with my job, but I'm sure I'll find someone.

Most certainly. If you'd like, I might be able to ask my daughters if they'd be interested, at least for summer?

That would be wonderful, at least to meet them and see if Jack likes them. Thank you, Mrs. Winchester.

You have my sympathies, sir, as well as my congratulations that you will be able to continue in something like your chosen career.

Meg Thatcher, RCMP. I've already met your colleague Ms. Garcia.

It's quite all right, Ms. Thatcher. My son is with me, and there's members of my team here. They're very much my family, so that's comforting.

Of course you've met Garcia, she's our resident social butterfly.

Post-transplantation life does tend to be easier if you have familiar people around you.

She's quite the conversationalist, though I think I disappointed her somewhat when I told her how much Review Order itches. Red serge makes for a distinctive uniform, but "comfort" has little to do with being distinctive.

I can't imagine what it would be like if I didn't.

She's very talented, despite many people's first impressions of her.

I can imagine she's quite the asset, especially given the new role social media is playing in law enforcement.

It's sped up cases so much to not have to sort through papers during research.

I worked in fraud at one of my earlier postings, years ago back home. Having someone like Ms. Garcia available would've enabled us to close cases much faster.

She'd be an asset to any department. She also brings in muffins from time to time.

I hope she's paid well. It would be a shame to see her use her powers for evil instead of good.
