[Candy] I just wanted to say hi, or something. I'm not sure. Just. Something. I think Parker's back. Hardison found her and they got married.


I think today's a good day to start horseback riding lessons.

I know. I...appreciate that.

I worked on a farm, when I was about 16. Never got to ride, then, but I spent a lot of time with the horses.

Your life, your choices. I'm just glad you don't mind me around.

They're beautiful. I grew up in a place called Chickentown. Lots of farms, but not so much with horses.

Ugh, I hate chickens. It's all anyone talked about. It's all anyone did. Graduate high school, go slaughter chickens. I'm so glad I went to the Abarat instead.

Are we teaching them Western or English?

Eh, I didn't exactly do great. My skills aren't really... teachable.

Figures, since we're on a ranch. That makes it a little easier.

Yeah. If they want to learn English later, we can do that too. But we'll start with Western.
