I suppose it is, by different standards. Nowadays, it is not so easy to meet someone right for you. So, if you know someone, see them, in your life, sometimes, you remember them, sometimes you remember how they are always nice, always warm, always seem friendly. And if the chance comes to say something nice to them, sometimes you take it.

I guess I see it as more paying attention than right stalking someone, but, it depends on your definition, really.
