Not quite what I expected as the next lot of evidence, I must say.

So what were you expecting?

The usual. For the most part, more of the Valeyard accusing me of the most ridiculous crimes he can think of... he's such a charming fellow.

There are quite a few of those 'charming' types around these parts, though I've not heard of that particular person.

The Valeyard isn't a person you'd care to hear about. Pompous, irritating, and hopefully many lightyears away from us all.

If there are people like him around, I can only assume humanity hasn't progressed much since I last visited. Pity.

I don't know about that. I'm interested in all sorts of things. And if he's that far away, even better.

I'm not sure it's limited to humanity.

So, the Valeyard doesn't get the better of me? Wonderful news.

...Although, I can't say I think much of your sense of style. You've gone back to 'boring', haven't you?

((OOC: Reposted for HTML fail. Whoops.))

Boring?! Are we boring? I wouldn't say we're boring, I'd say we're...

We're-

There's no colour. Nothing to catch the eye and scream 'I am a hero!'... at least there's no celery. I simply couldn't stand that thing.

Oh, the celery was brilliant! It made a statement.

Not a very heroic statement. It was more a 'I wear a vegetable, and I might save the day sometimes' one.

I don't think it's much of a surprise we've not worn vegetables since.

The brighter the colours, the stronger a man's virtue. Or so the old saying goes.

I am the Doctor, my dear. The pleasure is all mine - it's so rare to meet someone who enjoys my coat, after all.

I haven't heard that one before, I kinda like it.

It's almost like my coat, my mum and my uncle made it for me when I was younger, I've added to it myself since, as I've grown and had to make it bigger.

Exactly! I call it a Piecemeal Coat, it's the one I take with me when I'm going on an adventure. Well, when I know I'm going on an adventure, sometimes they happen when I'm not planning them.

Surely, though, the best adventures are the unplanned ones. The unpredictability makes them all the more fun.

Yep! Even when I'm planning on having an adventure, I never plan what kind, only where, and sometimes not even that.

Quite. I assume you're another me - going by the face. Even amongst Time Lords, I'm sure that particular face is quite rare.

Welll... in a sense. This place is known for bringing those in with the same face, however I am another you. I'm a half-you as it were. I'm half-human due to a human biological metacrisis. Rather complicate situation centering around Davros.

We both know that Davros and complicated situations go together hand-in-hand. I'm not surprised that he managed to engineer a situation like that.

I'd ask to be told how it happened, but I almost prefer staying in the dark about our future. Especially considering Davros is still around.

Ha. Figured that reaction would happen. I'm your son... sorta. Well I *am* but it's rather complicated and it wasn't this regeneration. Obviously. I have a twin sister, too.

So, one of my future incarnations has gone domestic? From what I've seen of my tenth incarnation, I shouldn't be surprised.

Sorta. If you wanna call a threeway relationship with our other father and mother domestic.

I think it's as close to domestic as many of my incarnations would get. Are those two around? I should rather like to see them, if that's the case.

Ah, how could I forget Sarah Jane? Wonderful woman, through and through.

Although, I can't say I remember her having a daughter... then again, I haven't seen her since I was my previous self, so things may have changed.

They did and since everything is very timey wimey here anyway, it's never the same. I'm apparently from an alternate universe as well. The first time I was here was with my triplet brother and sister when we were kids. Eight months later I was back as an adult, but I remember the years passing normally.

That's quite unusual. This universe is evidently rather unique, as is whatever it is that brought us all here.

We've slowly gotten used to it. Especially since the version of my father that is here is my father and yet not because he's from a different reality then my own. But we make our own family unit work.
