Campground season's just about done, this weekend and next, and then it's back to being on call for week-long shifts just to make sure everything's as it should be.

Still weird to me that I've not only got a regular job, but one that I'm good at, though I do start to understand why ma' was always looking for something to do, guess that runs in the family, since I've been looking for a hobby to keep me busy in the off season.

Any suggestions?

	Could take up the entire process of blanket making. That's what my parents did during the winter, though that was well and far from the present. Still, carding, spinning and working a loom is a time consuming but ultimately rewarding process. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Ma had a blanket loom, me and Huyana, well, I learned to use it. Wonder if there's anybody around still got one like hers. Also going to have to find someone who's got sheep. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	A friend of a friend of mine was given a place what's got goats, probably a couple sheep in that mess, as well. I'm sure I could persuade them into giving the beasts away. From what I hear, they've got roadies working over there to take care of them. As far as the loom's concerned, tell me where to send one, and I'll make sure one gets to you safe and sound.
