But darling, you knew her mother, didn't you? And if you keep up what you believe her mother would have wanted, why, she'll know her mother through you! As for the bits and pieces of a girls life where she needs her mother to fill in the blanks, why, I'm sure you can handle it, bunny, be it with your own efforts, or the efforts of a female friend. You do have at least one female friend, don't you?

	I suppose Candy counts as a female friend. I'm not sure she'd want that responsibility and she might not be around when that time comes. People tend to come and go in this place. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	People come and go no matter what place you're in, dear. And you've got plenty of time to figure out who it will be to handle the girly things with your little one. Right now, just focus on being the good father you seem to be by showing such concern, and I'm sure she'll appreciate it later on, mother figure or not. (Reply to this) (Parent)
