I might can help there. Seems there are these things called 'portkeys'...Bother.

I know someone who can explain better but they can get you to one place from another near instantaneously... I haven't used one yet though.

I don't think it's moving through time...Just space. Creating a sort of opening that shortens the distance between point a and point b. Sorta like how scientist theorize is what black holes do...
