'The most serious of all seriousness,' Renata mouthed in repeat, the corners of her mouth tipped up in a small smile. It never got old how Eisen could make her smile even when he wasn't doing it on purpose. "You know, I'd have a lot more panicked moments of despair if it wasn't for you and your logical reasoning." She just didn't want to disappoint people, but maybe they could make up for it with kickass footage of their adventure. Ren had to think of it as an adventure otherwise it was too big and frightening. The small peals of laughter that escaped her were uncontrollable; she hadn't meant to laugh at Eisen, but he had about as much game as a teapot.
Leaning forward, elbows on knees, she smirked. "I think the suns getting to you, you're all delusional." Part of his charm was that exact fact though. He was just himself no matter what, there wasn't a show about him or sad pick up lines.
"People are so weird, honestly. If anyone ever made a deal it'd be me, not you." Renata wasn't going to ever complain about Eisen's skills, since they'd kept her fed for a long time now, but it just didn't make sense that someone could be that superstitious about talent. "What about that other place though? The little hipster place, they were asking lots of questions the last time I made you go in there." Ren didn't really like the place, but Eisen could probably make it better.
Tapping her lip in thought, she thought about the likelihood of a combined effort. Honestly, she thought it was pretty high that Ryder would agree. "You could ask him. I don't see why he wouldn't want to, unless he wants all the glory for himself." Maybe he wouldn't want to share credit. "And you aren't allowed to use that footage of me and the super girly scream. I'll wipe it from your hard drive if I have to." There had been some small creature in the underbrush, her brain had translated that to zombie, it was totally legit but also embarrassing.
"And yes, that challenge. We need a round 2." She grinned unapologetic. "Your faces are also adorable, don't even try to deny it. There were literally hundreds of comments that were pretty much, 'Eisen is soooooo cute in that'." Maybe hundreds was an exaggeration, but she stared him down, daring him to deny it all the same. There was a stutter in her chest at the easy 'I love you', it didn't mean the same, Eisen had been saying that for years. Not romantic, totally not romantic.
"Pfft, there's no way you couldn't love me!" Just act like normal. "Ooh, we could add dares! We didn't do that last time." If she'd said that to Ryder she might have been seriously concerned about what he'd think up, but she wasn't as terrified of Eisen; too many years of daring each other to do things between them.
