"There's a fence," she all but growled. Not even that frustrated at Carly about it, but the fact that they hadn't yet found it. She knew it existed, it had too. Without it they would have come across something besides a hunter. "Do you have a better plan, 'cause I'd love to hear it." She wasn't morally opposed to her current plan, not the way Carly was, but it wouldn't be easy and there were a lot of ways it could go wrong.
Uncertainty if Carly would fight more or refuse to climb had Logan waiting until the other woman started up to make her own move. It'd take longer to get back on the ground if she went all squirrely again, even if she didn't plan to go up very far. Being too high would do her no favors in executing her half baked plan, which meant she didn't have very many branches to climb up before she stopped. Settling her back against the tree, hooking her foot to help keep her balanced where she sat. It wasn't comfortable, but it was a chance to sit and that was welcome.
"You good?" Tipping around slightly to try and see Carly. "When I get down stay up here until I call for you to come down too." If she could, she was going for a gun. If she couldn't, well she was gonna reclimb the tree probably. Neither of which needed the other woman to get down too. "If you can get wedged safely you should rest. Might have to run again later." For now they just had to wait it out.
