Logan looked over too, but the look on her face was decidedly different - somewhat pleased, somewhat considerate. It was telling that she hoped at least some of his reasoning had been to see her, but that was just another of those things she was going her damnedest to ignore. Nothing good could come from such thoughts, nothing at all.
Her gaze dropped back down to Louisa, taking a second to process what the girl meant before she burst into laughter. "Thought you said all your uncles were the same height? Pretty sure even your Gran couldn't hide that much enhancement."
It was a genuine effort to school her features to a serious look. "Whatever you say, esh." Fire - something her own Grandfather had taken to calling her as a child, the Hebrew word always sounding sort of funny to her.
"That's just because she's good at hiding how devious she is. Don't let her cute face fool you, she's a little evil when she wants to be." Probably that was true of all siblings though, and maybe she was exaggerating a little.
Without really thinking about it she reached out much like she had to Lou just a moment before to shove at his shoulder (well, the middle of his back really). Obvious mirth in her eyes as his kid happily supplied him with a list of size appropriate creatures to compare him too. Probably it wasn't fair to gang up on him so much, but it was fun.
"Just don't go around shooting anything but the zombies, yeah? Neither of us wants to hear your dad's 'I told you so's." Maybe especially Logan didn't want to hear them - seemed like they'd come with a lot of disappointment and unhappiness attached to them then. Not that she cared, dammit. She didn't care, she wasn't attached. (She was such a liar.)
