Susan was looking forward to the weekend for her party and the fact that it was the weekend. Since she was an assistant manager and made the schedule she made sure to have the weekend off. She liked it that way, plus the other manager liked working the weekends and who was Susan to argue. She was not doing much at all when she had been invited to spend sometime with Patrick and since her house was a bore and she hadn't seen him in a while she figured why not. So pulling a sweater over her care arms she apparated to his door. Before knocking she made sure that her hair wasn't sticking up and that her skirt wasn't doing anything to funny. She looked at her runners and figured they were clean enough and there was nothing she could really do about it now.

Knocking she bounced on her heels and waited. Waiting was not a game she liked to play but it was what life was made of sometimes. She chewed on her bottom lip absentmindedly as she waited.

Alright so she had to make Patrick cookies, that was not a problem she could do that. As they finally got back to the building Susan got excited and let Patrick go once inside. She slipped off her shoes and watched as he made tea. "Mmm tea," she said for the second time that night she was pretty sure. Susan didn't doubt she would enjoy herself but she was enjoying herself a whole lot. "So a funny movie, that sounds good." Susan had no issues with funny.

	He pulled down some mugs as he thought about what movie they could watch. "I've got Bubble Boy and Mallrats and...Oh! Oh! I know!" Patrick bounced lightly on his feet and grinned as he got out the tea bags. "We can watch Zoolander!" He made his best attempt at the Derek Zoolander sucked in face and laughed. "What do you think?" Susan watched Patrick with great interest as he bounced on his feet he appeared excited. When he saw that sucked in face she laughed so hard. "You look ridiculous." She giggled as she leaned against the wall. She continued to laugh at him as she stood there but as she calmed down she went to stand up and in the process slipped and landed on her butt. "Ow!" She said as she laughed through it and looked up at Patrick. "How did that happen?"

Patrick couldn't help but laugh with her. He was sure he looked completely stupid, but it was funny. He really liked that movie. Patrick turned to pour the hot water into the cups when he saw Susan go sprawling. "Oh my god!" His eyes grew huge, but when she started laughing, he laughed a bit as well. Patrick was glad she didn't really hurt herself. "I have no idea," he chuckled. "Are you alright?" Patrick offered her his hand to help her up.

Susan didn't want him to think she was hurt or anything so she just laughed and smiled. "I am totally fine just confused as to how I got here." Susan reached up to take his hand but she wasn't making any effort to get up. Susan was thinking whether it was a good idea to yank him down with her. She pondered over this for a few moments before she smirked a devious smirk and pulled him down with the intention of giving him a hug.

"I do believe you slipped," he grinned. Patrick tugged on her hand slightly to try to lift her up. He didn't catch the smirk and was quite bewildered when he went careening forward. He landed on Susan with a little yelp, knocking them both flat on the floor, though he did manage to put a hand on her head to prevent her from smacking against the floor too hard. Laying on top of her he pushed himself up on his arms and laughed. "Now what was that for crazy girl?"

"Me slip, nah." She laughed and after she had pulled Patrick down she realized that perhaps it wasn't the best idea. He knocked her back but luckily his hand was there to keep her from smacking her head too hard. She looked up at him, he was lying on top of her and she just smiled at him laughing a little. "I dunno I thought it was a good idea at the time?" Susan chuckled as she brushed her hand along his side before resting it on his upper back.

Susan realized just how bad of an idea pulling dow was because now she was looking up at him and wondering what it would be like to kiss him. Susan knew that was not a good thing to do as he was her friend and kissing him probably was no appropriate. Susan wasn't about to mess things up by a fleeting curious thought. Susan just smiled looking up at him. "Didn't hurt you though did?" She hoped she hadn't otherwise she would feel bad.

Patrick couldn't help the same fleeting thought running through his mind. He bit his lip slightly and shook his head with a little smile. "Nah, I'm okay." Reluctantly he got off of her and stood up. He offered her his hand again and smirked. "Alright you. No funny business this time," he laughed.

He finished fixing their tea and pulled their food out of the bag. "We can bring the containers in the other room," he nodded. Patrick carefully took their mugs and brought them the fairly short distance into his room. He set one on each of the nightstands beside the full sized bed. He had a big fluffy orange comforter with bright blue pillows on the bed. He really liked them. He thought it made the tiny room seem more cheerful.

"Oh good," Susan said with a smile and took his hand to get up off the floor. "I am sorry about pulling you do, apparently I thought it was a bright idea." Susan was looking at Patrick and she now felt sort of weird because that stupid feeling wasn't going away. Susan now thought she had missed her chance to kiss him but perhaps that was a good thing, she didn't want to ruin her friendship.

"Oh okay," she said picking up the containers and following behind Patrick to his room. She saw the big fluffy orange comforter and laughed. "Wow, but I bet it is comfortable." She was excited to curl up in that and despite that odd feeling in the pit of her stomach she was excited to snuggle against him.

"Don't apologize," he grinned at her. "It was funny." After setting the mugs down, Patrick went back into the living room and got Zoolander from the shelf. He wasn't really sure why he kept his dvds in there when the tv was in his room.

He walked into the bedroom again and with a mischievous grin, started to run and leapt onto the bed with a great big belly flop. Patrick laughed and rolled onto his back. "And that was the whole reason I got a full size bed instead of a twin."

Susan grinned as he said it was funny. "Well good then, I'm glad I did it." Susan put the food down near the mugs and looked back over at Patrick but he was gone. She watched as he ran and jumped on the bed. "Well if you had a twin sitting on it would be very very cozy." She laughed as she looked at his bed and at Patrick. Susan sat down and smiled at him as she flopped back on her back and looked up at the ceiling.

Patrick smiled and rolled onto his side to look at her. "This can be cozy too." He pulled back the covers a bit, not able to do it all the way since they were laying on it and managed to work his way under the comforter. His sheets were white with brightly colored stars all over them. It was a bit childish, but they made him happy. "Come on, Sue. Get under here with me." Perhaps if he was a more observant person, he might have thought it was a little odd to invite her to do so, but Patrick tended to be a bit slow when it came to boy/girl relations. Somewhere under it all, he was attracted to her, but it didn't occur to him that Susan might feel the same. She was just his really good friend.

"I don't deny this, as this looks mighty cozy. Plus we have tea and a movie." Susan grinned as she watched him pull back the cover and she saw the star covered sheets which caused her to laugh. She chuckled a little as she ran her fingers through her hair. "Those are too cute." She said as she moved to allow him to pull them back more. When he invited her underneath them she got a little nervous. She might not have usually but with this sudden nagging feeling of wanting to kiss Patrick made her a tad nervous. After some deliberation she crawled under the sheets and curled up next to him. "This is comfy."
