Sleipnir, calm as ever, stepped closer to the group. "Then we shall go. You, fair goddess, wield the lightning which precedes Thor's thunder. If one of you is meant to stay to speak to the thunder-god, it should be you. I believe that your wisdom will do much to reach Thor if he is capable of reason...and your power enough to calm his might should he be beyond reason. I will help you lead him away from this place, as I have seen many young gods nearby that must be protected. If it comes to battle between god and goddess it should be far from here."
He tipped his head and nodded toward Kurt, crimson eyes seeming to assess him carefully. "They say you are sneaky, young shadow-god, and you bend reality to transport yourself through the ether, as my startled heart would attest. Your silent path will find most beneficial to us in finding your stolen ally...and perhaps breaking away from this...magpie?" He looked at Loki, who nodded. He shook his head, as if the idea was somewhat silly. "Once we have arrived in Asgard and see its state we will know how to proceed. I know not if Thor will be able to join us in Asgard, as I will be gone and Heimdall is against us. If Thor chooses to aid us as we hope, it may be from afar unless some other force opens the bi-frost to him. If you are trapped here perhaps you can unravel the mystery of the young girl's location. I fear that she too is in grave danger."
Loki once more was grateful to have his son at his side, not only due to parental relief but also that his son was experienced in creating battle plans. All of Loki's plans seemed to lack a key element that eventually brought everything crumbling around him. Sleipnir's plan seemed solid, only taking them so far as Asgard where they could plan a next move. He frowned once again, a thought crossing his mind. "What if Creed is already on a rampage?"
Sleipnir didn't miss a beat. "Then the Kingsguard will be far too busy to notice my return much less my cargo."
Loki blinked, shocked by the simplicity. "I...suppose you have a point."
