Martha grabbed the half finished bottle of rootbeer as she watched Jack dash out. Somehow she had the feeling that this was not going to be as simple as either of them had made it out to be. Still, she was determined that this was going to be put to rest and fast.
She knew just how excited he was. How long had it been since either of them had actually been inside the TARDIS? The answer was far too long. It was something to be missed but... disappearing wasn't an option anymore. Not really.
Before he left, Rob shot his friend a scandalized look, overdramatisized of course. But at the same time he placed his hand over Gwen's with a small smile and an overdramatic bow. "What the lady wants," he said with a wink, starting to lead her out of the conference room. Whatever it was, he could only imagine that it was going to be good!
Martha brought up the rear of the pack, seeing that everyone had gotten out of the conference room. And upon arriving in the main area, the sight that greeted the slower three was amazing. Well... amazing to her. Robert was looking at it in confusion whereas Martha walked up to it and - in a rather doctor-like fashion - put her hand on the 'Phone box's' side and closed her eyes with a small smile. Her key was in her pocket and she could feel it resonating with the rest of the ship. "Missed you too."
Robert glanced at Martha and Jack. So this was the time machine? "Looks like a phone booth," he whispered to Gwen.
