The Vampire Diaries: The Return (OOC)

Hello all. I'm James and this is my pup, Zephon. He's literally a pup...as in werewolf. He's a bit arrogant, very cocky, and honestly LOVES the ladies. He doesn't care about who is who's boyfriend or girlfriend since he doesn't believe in relationships anyway. Zephon is coming to Sunnydale on a mission with a secret sanction of the U.S. Military, The Initiative. What that mission is, is very top secret (a.k.a. I haven't quite figured it out yet hehe).

I'm wanting to play him a.s.a.p. so I'll post an open thread here soon-ish.
