When: Saturday morning Where: Front steps of the castle, but don't tie us down The basics of the dilemma were these: it was possibly the last nice day they would actually get this year, and one of Arc's roommates - not naming any names - snored like a motherfucker. So he was actually up in time to pilfer fruit from breakfast and see that the ceiling (and therefore the sky beyond) was beautiful blue. And so now Arcturus was sitting a third of the way down the front steps of the castle, shirtsleeves rolled up, dog-eared paperback novel on one side of him, discarded shoes on the other. Chewing thoughtfully on an apple, squinting at the horizon, and trying to decide if there was, actually, only so many times you could go out for a fly when quidditch had been cancelled for the year without it becoming depressing. WHERE: Gryffindor Common Room 7th Year Common Room WHEN: Friday night RATING: TBD The Gryffindor held party was announced mostly by word of mouth. However, a few hours before the actual 'welcome party', Stasia sent out a little notice to everyone so they would be aware of the location change, actual time, etc. The notice informed everyone that it would be in the seventh year common room, rather than at Gryffindor, and that bringing your own alcohol was highly encouraged.
