Remus studies
[Who]: Remus Lupin [When]: September 24, 1977 [Where]: The Gryffindor Boys Dormitory [What]: Remus studies - alone - before the full moon
Remus lays on his bed and sighs. As has been an all too common occurrence, he is alone. And being alone in the quiet for too long, well, it gives him time to think. The lack of Sirius and James also creates a lack of distraction from the dull ache in his bones that accompanies the approaching full moon.
Remus has been trying to distract himself with schoolwork, but he cannot seem to focus long enough on the words. After so many years, he should know it's futile. But, sometimes, he just wants to convince himself he's above it all. That he can mentally stop what's happening physically.
But, of course, he can't. And, so, he lets his head fall down onto his parchment, and he sighs.
