Constance laughed. "I ran away too, well kind of." Her feature saddened. She knew about Harry and prison but it still wasn't easy to hear. "It's in the past right? And look at you now."
"Too true, but at least they aren't leaving and getting married. Or are they?" she grinned. "I think sometimes I can be too hard on the girls, but I've seen the bad side of things, and I'd rather be tough on them than the alternative."
"Too kind, Harry, truly. And honestly, I think I'm a better dancer, and look a damn sight better in a dress," Constance laughed. "But no, thank you. And you too, your boys are well kept and not causing trouble, and the Theatre could have fallen to ruin if you hadn't stepped in, and look at it now. You should be quite pleased with yourself Harry Fisher," she said with a smile.
Grinning, she put her hand over his. "Well that's good. I do have my moments and you are quite the gentlemen to say that."
