Piper leaned forward just a bit, thinking he liked this lady. She seemed quite fun. He laughed along with her and said, "You should ask his name. And when you do, he'll tell you it is Piper and ask if he might enjoy a moment of your company. You see, he'll have gauged you to be an interesting woman and be rather intrigued by you. As you are neither mother nor teacher to him, he'll wonder if, then, you might not be a conversing companion, at least for the moment." He looked at her a moment before settling back in his chair.
