“I heard Miles is working on his latest masterpiece. I should hope he’s soon going to stop writing scandalous crowd-pleasers and settle-down.” Augustus said, “Does he have a particularly favoured young-lady?”
He paused, reaching for the decanter. “May I pour you another glass, Georgina? I think it will go very well with the next course. Which happens to be roast, unless I’m very much mistaken.”
