Christopher had been busier than usual with his revolutionary friends - with the realisation that Lucas was in the same business, so to speak, they had been swarmed with yet another batch of revolutionaries to Christopher's Surrey Home and any correspondance from family or friends had been buried under legal files and parchment stating names.
When he heared the sound of his brother calling he was surprised to say the least: having not expected him he darted to the hallway and down the stairs in case he came face to face with a brawdy Frenchman challenging him if he was "friend or foe". Walter was a nice man, but a little on the wild side and would not be a very fond welcome for Demetri.
"Demetri... this is a surprise..." he said, offering a small smile. He still wasn't sure how their relationship held, whether Demetri still resented him for holding a title he was not doing anything with.
