Harry didn't reply straight away. Nell was right, of course. Finding himself a patron to keep him safe and happy and to look after him well was the best thing to do. He would be set up right then for the rest of his days; a house, money, companionship, everything. It was certainly the wisest thing to do. But somehow the idea of Nell doing that left him feeling cold, unhappy and undeniably hollow.
"Well... if you wanted to, you could find yourself a patron. Have all that sort of thing... or you could stay with me. Call me silly, Nell, but I wouldn't want to see you go. I'd look after you, get you a place, if you wanted..."
