Robin was not "sorting himself out" and he wasn't really doing anything else but sniffling. The alcohol was messing up his mind so much he had no idea what was happening. He didn't like Nell - or he hadn't for some time, but that didn't mean to say he wasn't sweet and worried for Robin when he was ill, or even nice to him on occasion. That's what he'd been like for a week now, seeing as they were in the leads together, and their truce had come off well.
Until they'd begun drinking.
Giggling and having fun was Nell was like forgetting where he was, what he'd left behind (occasionally, unless Nell reminded him). And now they'd done that and Robin was unsure what these feelings were. Certainly mixed.
As he heard Nell's voice outside he paused, then let instinct take over. Opening the door he grabbed Nell, brought him back and kissed him in the corridor.
