"Special?" Léon repeats with a smile, fingers falling away from the buttons before he had really finished fastening the shirt. "And why did your friend Mr Fisher say that, Nell?" He asks, patting the bed next to him again. "If you don't want me to go just yet, perhaps you should come and sit with me?" They wanted him to stay because he was useful to them, no doubt. Mr Fisher was expecting a high return for Nell's time. And considering the boy's talent, Léon had no doubt that Mr Fisher would get the price he expected.
