Mary sighed. Harry was right about the Stanley business. The rest... well, the rest was gone hopefully. A new start, right? She took the pen and signed the letter, not bothering to read it. She didn't care what it said, so long as it was done with. She offered the pen back to her brother with a grin.
"Thank you, brother. I suppose I'll just have to struggle with you, now." First struggle, she guessed, was going to be over the matter of her next employer... unless he hadn't a housekeeper. Lord, she hoped he had one or that was bound to be half a fright.
