Mary's eyes lit up. "Thank you. I couldn't remember where that tree had been for anything. And I must say you are absolutely awful, Harry," she managed to look almost serious until the end, when a giggle escaped her. That was about all the longer she could hold herself back- she practically jumped out of her chair and nearly hugged Harry before remembering her manners or at least some semblance of them. She paused for about a half a heartbeat, not sure if it was even half proper or if he'd let her for that matter. Deciding he didn't get a choice she threw her arms around him.
"Fourteen years! Honestly, I never would have known you. Your hair's all different... and couldn't you have stopped towering over me sometime?" she laughed, words spilling out without any thought at all.
