"It is so far away, and yet it seems it is not so far removed after all," she added in reference to the similarities. "And it's good on you lot for letting the poor old fool go mad. Goodness knows, it took him long enough."
Taking Richard's arm, Katherine remarked, "It would be my pleasure, Mister Brinsley. I'll have to pretend to adore my mother and buy her some blooms for the house."
