Item: Note from Edith to Eward Warnings: None Open to: Eward Mountford-Miles
Edith had been avoiding her brother since the three siblings had talked the other day. In fact, she had not said one word to him. At the moment she was making her way through the hallway to his room, a champagne glass in one hand and the bottle in the other. Her loud giggling could be heard as she paused outside his room and retrieved a note from the top of her dress, before slipping it under his door and knocking softly. She had used the name of every man she knew that her brother hated to compose her letter to him and she eagerly waited outside his door to hear his response. In an attempt to pour herself another glass of champagne she missed her glass and instead covered her hand, causing her to giggle loudly again as she leaned against the outside of his door.
Dear Eward,
I realize it is wrong of me to hold a grudge against my favorite brother, therefore I forgive you for your mistake and the way you behaved. Unfortunately I will not be able to join you and dear Abigail for dinner tonight, as I have plans with Sir Harrison Vole. And do not worry about waiting up, as Lord null has invited me to the opera. I do not think I will be home after that, as I promised Jacob null a visit. If I am not home before morning do not worry, I will be having breakfast with Marcus Sanders, before spending the day with Lord Drake. I should be home sometime in the evening tomorrow, unless Henry Gregson remembers to meet me at the Theater.
