Subject: a day out Who: Amandine Devereux Where: the city Warnings: None at the moment Open to: all.
Amandine had grown tired of the same house and the same people she had to converse with. Her husband had not been seen for quite a while and she was missing him terribly, hoping that he was alright and not still mad at her for considering moving to the French woman's house. If push came to shove Amandine would simply move - he could not exactly stop her in his current state. As a servant she was entitled to do as she wished, she was not a Baron's wife any more.
After being sent on an errand for her lady Amandine decided not to hurry herself. The weather was warm and she was intent to take her time and enjoy the outdoors rather than rush so she could return to the dull, lifeless underbellies of the household. She was eyeing up the fabrics of one particular stall when she noticed a handkerchief drop to the floor. Bending to pick it up Amandine called to the one who had left it.
"Excuse me! You dropped this," she said, hoping her English was good enough.
