Dean didn't try to contain a slight laugh, however he didn't overdue it. Girls were rather sensitive when guys laughed about the way they looked and Dean didn't try to be too much of an arse especially around those he was close to.
"Even with Hermione gone, I think I'd much rather be alone than to allow someone like Rosslyn to mess with my face. What if she messed up on the spell and your face got stuck in that position?"
The thought, as amusing as it was wouldn't honestly be amusing to someone who said scenario would actually happen to.
"I don't think you need it, I don't think any girl needs to walk around looking as though something or someone upchucked on their face in the name for beauty."
A small sense of pride overcame Dean as Shelly spoke on his drawing, he doodled his name quickly on the bottom corner of the parchment and closed his sketch book.
"Art is all about paying attention to the detail, if only life were that way. There is so much detail everywhere and in everyone. If people stopped to notice, the picture before them would mean a lot more."
