I've just set up a comm for fandom based PSLs fandom_psls
Ads for Torchwood and/or Doctor Who psls and group psls are very welcome, as are any other fandoms, so feel free to spread the comm around. 

Edit: Because I forget not everybody uses abbreviations.  PSLs stands for private storylines.
