Stiles wasn't far from the table when Tony climbed up and started dancing. Well, that wasn't a sight he often saw. It was kind of nice, really, to see someone let loose like that.

He stood off to the side, watching. And when there seemed to be a lull in the movement, he clapped, because what else do you do when someone performs like that? It seemed only polite to acknowledge his efforts with applause.

Was that applause? Tony glanced down at the guy who was clapping, and grinned at him. "Glad I could entertain you there, my guy."

It was probably ridiculous to be dancing on a table at his age, but the fact that anyone was paying him any attention at all was always welcome. Especially when his buddies were off drinking with pretty ladies instead of joining him.

Which... he could not really blame Sauron for at all, really. Lady Mary was hot. Just way out of his league.

"You're quite the dancer," Stiles said. It was mostly tongue in cheek. But he was entertained, and that was something. he was homesick, he missed his dad and Malia and Scott and Lydia so much that it hurt. It was nice to have a distraction, even for a few minutes, that meant he forgot to be miserable for a few minutes.

"I mean, moves like that, I wouldn't be surprised to learn you're a professional table dancer."

"Heh, maybe I could have been in a former life," Tony remarked, while continuing to dance. He was pretty capable of conversing and dancing at the same time, and thought it was cool that he was keeping his drink in the glass, too.

He saluted Stiles with his glass, in fact, "There was a time when I'd do this kind of thing and was guaranteed to get some money shoved into my pants, but this place is super lame about that kind of thing."
