SOLO + VEILA WEDDING

RECEPTION LOCATION & DECOR

Holodeck, Enterprise.

The Holodeck has been coded to match the decor and atmosphere of the Outlander Club on the Great Western Sea. Everyone on the ship has been invited to the reception. Food, drink will be provided, all selected from the variety and options available on board to represent cuisine closest to that of Coruscant.

The beach will be open for walking, and there is space for dancing and mingling throughout the evening.

	So obviously Anakin was there :P He was dressed in basic Jedi attire, probably without the longer robe for most of the evening. He would have done his best to talk to everyone who attended at least once and thanked them for coming. He probably spent most of the evening near Tahiri, but would have likely asked at least Jaina and Leia for a dance at some point. (Reply to this) (Parent)

Nico attended solo (ha). Um, he would've tried to find something nicer than his normal threads to show up in (or at least would've done his shirt inside to make it plain black) but probably still wore his usual jacket over it.

If they were doing general toasts/speeches outside of the usual best man speech sort of thing, he would've given a heart felt toast and blessing. Otherwise he would've been wall flowering a lot and probably hanging out down at the beach at random intervals.

Jaina was in the wedding party so she would have shown up with them after the ceremony. I'm assuming that she met Poe at the reception (I forgot to ask Lis before she left). She would have danced with both her brothers, Poe and anyone else who would have asked. Despite being a little emotional, she was in a wonderful mood and extremely happy for the bride and groom. She didn't make a speech since she was sure she'd cry if she did so she feels that Jacen should do it. :D

	Leia was there, attending as mother of the groom (don't remind her that Anakin isn't actually her son; she doesn't want to hear it right now, thank you). She dressed up for the occasion, had a traditional Alderaanian hairstyle, and would have danced with Anakin (of course!), Jaina, Jacen, Tahiri, and Christopher. Probably also with Poe and Han. Was there since he was officiating, probably in his dress uniform (white pants ftw + pimp cane). I imagine he discussed the details of the ceremony extensively with anakin & tahiri ahead of time so it was all lovely and personal with as many of their traditions brought in as possible.

He'd be sociable enough at the reception, making his rounds & dancing with anyone who wanted (male/female) but probably a few dances with Leia. Which people are free to notice the Admiral & the General ~~making googly eyes at each other~~ being a bit closer than is strictly necessary.

Late comment is late.

Tahiri kind of had to be there, I guess. >.> She and Jaina went shopping in Earth and she wore a dress like THIS ONE. It's Tahiri, so naturally she is barefoot for the entire occasion because shoes are of the devil and this is her day, dammit, so no shoes. Her hair was up with some help from Leia, I think, so there may have been some kind of elaborate Leia-worthy style. She obviously danced with her new husband the most, but thanks Alicia for the amazing cake and made sure to be a good hostess.

	John is/was Anakin's roommate, so he was at both ceremony and reception. He dressed nice-ish but in a semi casual way, definitely asked Jaina and Alicia to dance and anyone else who wants a dance with him. (Reply to this) (Parent)

Han was a little more dressed up than he usually was-he never had liked that sort of thing much, and Leia always had to nudge and plead and beg to get it to happen. But, it would be worth it this time. It still seemed very surreal to him, seeing one of his kids getting married. They'd still been so young when he left home.

Still, he had decided to let himself be happy, much as he wished his Leia was here with him.

Well obviously

Jacen was there as Best Man, he's still not entirely there with being social but you wouldn't have known it looking at him. He was friendly, involved trying to talk to everyone he could.

He was dressed simply, not in Jedi Robes but in clothes fitting for an occasion such as this.

His speech was a good length without being long. There were embarrassing childhood stories yes, but mostly about how Tahiri had been a part of their family since forever but now it was official and he and Jaina welcomed his new sister. He said Anakin had helped him through the worst parts of his life and never wavered in his belief in him and that he deserved happiness always.
