Kaylee Frye and Simon Tam
If there was a buffet, chances were that was the place to find Kaylee. This party had a lot of food, and she planned to sample it all. The shore leave on Earth had been nothing short of awesome for her. While she missed the black and getting to work on an engine or two, this was a welcome break, especially when she could eat like this.

After grabbing a drink called a Mai Tai, which had a little umbrella in it, Kaylee stood next to Simon as they watched the pig rotate on the spit. She had a sudden sense of deja vu back to when she and Simon had stared at that floating cow fetus. Hopefully he would come up with something more romantic to say this time than he had last time, but Kaylee kind of doubted it.

"Sure is a change from rations on Serenity, huh?"
