The Deck Five Lounge is decorated in bright colors and the drink specials are mostly tequila-based (both Terran and from elsewhere). There's an Enterprise-themed pinata. Mariachi music and dancing as well.
It's loud and raucous and everyone is encouraged to have a good time!

If they were having serious discussions Tony would definitely agree that the general idea of the holiday was some watered down Americanized deal that mainly allowed people to have a reason to drink margaritas and eat salsa.

He didn't really care though, because he was a dick. And also because he loved margaritas and salsa.

Tony grinned at Ginny as she walked up, and held up the hand that had the Maracas in it. "I can make one or both of these hands empty, just for you, if you like."

"Oh no, that's okay. I'd hate to interrupt your fun." Ginny said with a laugh, turning around to spot a few of the drinks similar to what Tony had in his hand. She definitely had never tried anything like this before and judging from the smell it was going to taste quite different than the other muggle alcohol she'd had since being on the Enterprise.

But you only lived once and she took a sip, screwing up her face at the taste for a moment before deciding that, really, it wasn't that bad.
