Sirius usually avoided the social gatherings at the lounge, namely because the more people congregated in one area meant less were out while he was trying to explore. Not that he'd ever try to get into areas he shouldn't. When would Sirius Black do such a thing?
But after the trip to Yorktown, he felt more like socializing than exploring. Steering clear of the bar where it was far too easy to order one drink right after another, he took a seat at a table with a woman who looked only slightly older than him, even though he was quickly learning appearances were deceiving around here.
"Mind if I join you?" he asked, already seated but fully prepared to get back up if she asked him too.
