Since this will have an impact on a LOT of people, I want to point out something that is going down. Friday afternoon, an attorney and a member of CPS showed up at James' apartment and took Devon into custody. Devon's maternal grandparents are suing for custody and have accused James of being an unfit parent. I'm not really sure that this is how things would go down exactly, but for dramatic purposes, this is what's happening. The news may not be widespread for a day or two, but certainly a few people will hear about it rather immediately.
