I vote we come up with some more definitive rules on how magic is used for the witches of TJS. I see a lot of conflict with how powerful people can be, with what powers, how they are used, applied, honed, and gathered. Some witches, whose specialty is to change the physical matter of objects, are here at TJS under the assumption they aren't even close to their possible power max (which is why they are playable characters) while other witches are doing just those things (changing matter). Thus far, it's established that Summer, Jacob, and Pearl are very powerful, but their skill sets vastly differ. I just think we need better guidelines as to how magic works. Yes, no, maybe so?

On Monday when Jacob came to see her, anyone near Pearl's room would have probably heard thunder and perhaps seen lightening flashing from inside the room, if they happened to glance in they would have seen the rain too. There was also shouting between them and then the tears in the hallway.
Of course this also means when Mandy got into their room she would have seen a hole in the floor and the entire place would have been soaked. Up to you Jacqui if you want to thread that with the girls or quite possible Pearl dissapeared from the room again. :)
Edit: Ok so Mike has just reminded me there is a chance the rain shorted some of the electrics too.... Ooops.

I just discovered something crappy... I can't check gdocs from the internet kiosk at work. LAME!!! Looks like it will have to be actual scenes from now on if you guys want replies while I'm on lunch.
