Eve and I have been talking about group plot. We think that an underlying conflict might make things interesting.
Here's the idea. Let us know what you think:
A lycan (NPC - and just a lycan as an example) accidentally killed a fire-affliated person (another NPC) who wasn't inside during the full moon. Vampires might side with the lycans, as they know what it's like not to be able to control urges so well, and the fire community would be pissed off at the lycans. Some people might even take revenge in ways here and there - all in all causing unrest and tension.
Or something similar for tension purposes. :)
