My everything hurts, still. I thought training was tough but what happened the other night, now that was tough. At least the ringing in my ears has stopped now.

I know nothing really happened but it could have been very different. I don't think I've ever been more thankful for multiple layers before. Maybe I'm just making something out of nothing but I can't help but wonder what could have happened.

	I know but I haven't been scared like this in... well for a really long time. I'm worried that if I start thinking about it too much I'll end up terrified to leave the room.
