Alright, I've seen a few people talking about losing an emotion and it happening because of some appendage attaching itself to their forehead. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Cause it isn't exactly something I've heard about until now.

Whose been impacted by this or know someone who was attacked by it? Gives us a better idea of how many have been hit.

EDIT: Also, I've heard about an issue with powers going on. If you've been impacted, then let us know what the ability it is you ended up with, whether you want anything, or anything else that might be going on in your head right now? I know it's scary, especially if you're not used to powers, but someone will be happy to help you if you ask.

I saw Linda talking about a power issue and we also have this appendage thing taking away emotions going on at the same time. I don't have any new powers unless they are not that easy to get to work, but maybe we should split things up with the two issues? Make sure we have people around to help with either one of those issues popping up.

That's good to hear, especially for the bad idea I might have to get the attention of this Polymorph or at least toss this idea out.

I'll be sure to check on the ones that I know are impacted by this right now, make sure none of them are doing anything stupid.

Can this thing attack the same person more than once? And it's the emotions that attract it, which depending on the emotions it likes, makes it more attracted to that, right?

Then that means a wolf could probably smell it and locate the area it's in? Since we don't know if it's even in this building anymore or running around Salem.

Yup. I'd have thought a wolf could smell it. But, they'd have to know what it smelled like first. But, you know them better than me, I'll leave that to you.

And, yeah. It can attack the same person more than once. I just think it's less likely to.

Which could be tricky since the item turns back into them; however, maybe the last person that was attacked, we can get the smell from the room or the spot. I'll reach out to the one that I know and see what he can do after I flesh this idea out a bit more.

Okay, well at least it's less likely to attack them again, making that a little less of a worry.

Since you know this thing better than anyone or at least the only one sharing, I want to see if this idea would work. Have two people with two different strong emotions standing in the area that we can track the smell to, and them being used as bait. I'll offer myself up as one for bait, not fair for me to ask anyone to do it if I won't use myself. Focus on getting one strong emotion going, and have a few people around ready to capture it when it attacks? Since not sure if I can stab the thing if it decides to attack me.

Do you know how long it takes from the minute it shows itself to be finished with taking the emotion?

That'd probably work.

About 30 seconds to a minute if I remember. Not very long.

Alright, after I talk to one of the ones with the wolf ability, I'll see if anyone with a positive emotion wants to play the other role of bait. With one positive stronger emotion, and mine being the negative, then maybe one of us can get it out and capture this thing. Once we capture it, you'll do your thing and get everyone their emotions back.

Do you know anyone quick on their feet whether it's with taking the shot and not harming anyone or capturing something? I want to make sure we have a few people capable of capturing this thing, especially if I'm unable to stab the thing if it chooses me to try and take my emotion.

I know some people. Ward is the best shot I know. And, quick on his feet.

And, I can probably ask the jedi too.

I know Ward was impacted by this thing, reach out to him and see if he'll be up for taking the shot or reacting quickly. Since I don't want to risk it getting away or having another person whether it's me or someone else have an emotion taken away.

You reach out to Ward and the jedi, I'll reach out to one of the wolves and see if any of them are free to help with this.
