I'm going to go visit the women who have been arrested so far to make sure they're alright, and see if I can bring them food or warm cloaks. Would you two like to go with me?

I thought it'd be an excellent time to see if any of them actually show some sort of sign of being "witches", as well.

I doubt very many have ever approved of this era.

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure how the "witches" were held before their sham of a trial or executions. I'm sure there will be a lot of suffering, but I'm hoping that they'll let us ease them, at least. I don't expect to actually find anyone with abilities in there.

And yet we four seem to be the only ones still trying to change it.

I'd be amazed if there were anyone with abilities involved at all, other than the Agents. At home, at least, they had some reason to be afraid, even if the reaction was entirely disproportionate. Here... it's all so stupid.

So it seems.

So would I. And I agree, but then, those who use fear to control others rarely make sense.
