Bonus points for strong drink and a non-zero chance of barfights, minus for "friendly" wenches.

	Not entirely sure about the first part, but there's a couple of taverns that could slightly fit your criteria. You could try paying off the wenches in advance to stay a healthy distance. (Reply to this) (Thread)
