Who: Harry and Hermione Where: Diagon Alley When: Thursday Afternoon Rating: PG Statis: InComplete
Summary:
Harry needed to get out of the house and the only way that was happening was if his babysitter came along with him. There was no point in arguing. He didn't mind it so much anymore. If anything, if something was to happen, he'd have some back up in a fight.
The trip was to Diagon Alley. Sirius had talked about getting Harry a new broom and he was looking forward to it, even if he did feel it was his fault for the last one being lost. There were some new books he wanted to buy and his school list had come in as well. That, and Harry hadn't been to Diagon Alley since they broke into Gringotts.
Dressed in a stocking cap, to cover his hair and scar, Harry was able to charm his glasses into a pair of shades. A pair of raggy old jeans and a T-shirt and he was out the door, school bag slung over his shoulder. It was a polar oppisite of the Auror that was following him around.
Harry was on his way to the bookstore, when he stopped in front of the Owls outside of the pet store, sighing softly. He missed Hedwig and no animal would ever replace her. But he also knew at some point, he'd need to get a new owl.
