Who: Tad and Go'al'enu
Where: the hallways
When: late afternoon
What: Tad arrives.
Lucile had left an hour ago and Tad missed her already. He worried that she stuck him in this place for good, so he would never see her again. The thought was one of the scariest he ever had and he did not know how to deal with it. His solution was one of the few reactions he knew: make stone hurt like he was hurting. It was good that the building had lots of stone, meaning a while of entertainment for him. He stormed the hallways, placing his hand on the wall every few paces and blowing out a chunk of the stone. The shattering noise was satisfying and Tad decided to continue until the pain in his chest went away and his eyes stopped watering. He did not want to be forced to sit in a stuffy room and learn things again, with weird looking men telling him what to do.
Not good at all. A new surge of anger overwhelmed him so much that he picked up a piece of brick he had knocked to the floor and threw it down the hallway. What could he do now? Where was the door to the backyard of the school? The new goal in mind brought him new determination and Tad began to run, turning right and then left at the end of another corridor. Still no sign of an exit and so he started to panic as well as being angry. If there wasn't a door that looked like it went outdoors soon, then he would have to make one.
It was then, as he ran, that he saw someone in front of him. Oh no, another person! Should he run around them or head back the way he came? He stopped in his tracks and sized them up with look. He had not met many people in his life and doubted if he could trust the person in front of him. "Move!" he yelled. That was to be only warning he'd give. People responded to him yelling with a bad face, so he figured it was a good way to get his way.
