Who: Devon and Will
When: Afternoon
Where: Logan International
What: Devon's back home and gets a surprise pick up at the airport.
Tiger had kindly informed Will of when Devon would be returning, the flight times etc, and Will hadn't even had to ask. Waiting at the airport was weird, he could remember when he'd been sticking around for James from LA. That was not a happy time. But hopefully this would fare better, what with the balloon he'd brought and the evening he'd had planned. Since their argument something had definitely changed, and though he didn't know what - he wasn't going to dwell on that.
He was missing Devon. He was glad to have him back.... but whether Devon would feel the same was to be determined. That was probably why Will was more nervous than usual, despite looking as glam as he always did - perhaps even glammer than usual.

The trip back from Vegas had been hell. The weather in the east was shit and the flight had been delayed more than once and the turbulence in the air had been horrible and Devon had been convinced more than once that he was going to die before he ever made it back to Danvers, but he was wrong. When the plane finally touched down in Boston, he was so fucking happy and even happier that he was going to get to see Tiger and probably Cissy and Grace here shortly. That was what he came off the plane expecting, but that wasn't what he got.
Will would be impossible to not spot through the crowd and the moment that Devon saw him, he felt the bottom of his stomach drop out like he had just gone down this really steep, quick hill on a roller coaster. He wasn't sure that he was even there for him until he looked around and saw that there was no one else there and it became clear what Tiger had done. He made his way over toward him, feeling a bit awkward about it, a shy smile resting upon his lips. "That for me?" He asked, nodding toward the balloon.

Will knew that it'd be awkward, but he hadn't expected Devon to look as down as he did. Shifting his weight he smiled as Devon walked over to him, glancing at the balloon. "Yeah. Y'know it's stupid but... welcome home." It was also stupid as to how nervous he was getting when he shouldn't be but the guy's mood was infectious. Will could feel everything Devon felt, which, he reasoned, was probably why he leant down to press a deep kiss against his lips.

"Thanks," Devon replied with an uncertain smile. He wasn't down about Will being here, just confused really. Things had ended badly the last time they had talked and since they hadn't spoken since then, Devon had no idea where he stood with the man and therefore didn't know how to behave. Of course that confusion would soon be cleared up as the taller man met his lips with a deep kiss.
Stiff at first, Devon soon found himself drawn into the kiss, pressing his lips back against Will's own as a hand moved to settle on the curve of the taller man's hip as the kiss deepened, his lips parting in an open invitation to the older man's tongue.
"Mmm," Devon hummed once the kiss had finally ended. "I've missed that." His voice was a near whisper, eyes opening to peer into Will's own. "So you aren't.. mad at me still?" It would perhaps be safe to assume but he would rather know for sure.
