Talking about James was pretty low on Lyle's list of wants tonight. In fact, as Frankie spoke of him, Lyle's expression indicated that he was either very torn on the subject, or was suffering indigestion. As much as he hated James, he had a hard time hating someone who obviously cared about Fisher, even if it was totally fucked up and detrimental to everyone around them both.
But again, he didn't want to get into that. At all. Or think about it. Or notice that James was here, and he and Fisher were together and they were neauseatingly happy. Tossing down the rest of his liquor, Lyle swallowed, wiped his mouth on the back of his hand, grabbed Frankie and dragged her back out to the floor. More dancing was needed, definitely.
