As innocent and ignorant as Fisher sometimes seemed to be, at least in regards to the effect he had on people, some of his actions were not totally without motive. He knew that Rez would be less inclined to be angry if Fisher leaned against him, looked at him genuinely, if he smiled. It wasn't quite on par with manipulation, but he didn't want to lose Rez, and he didn't want things weird between them. And if he touched him, and got the reaction he normally got, then he'd know things weren't all that weird. At the very least, he'd know things were fixable.
He had not expected the kiss, and whimpered in suprise, not moving a moment because he didn't know what to do about it. After a moment he pulled back, just a touch, just enough so he could speak. "Do you really want me to do this?" he whispered. "Kiss you and then leave you? Because I don't wanna make this harder for you, so... if you're sure..."
